Cross country training

I think that I'm doing very well in cross country because last week I didn't do it well I did 3 laps but now I do 6 laps
my goal is to run 5 k.m during cross country
training

I want to run at least 8 laps per training sessions.I am looking forward for cross country because it is good exercise and it makes you fit.
